HK Army ships worldwide from our warehouse in Long Beach, California. This policy covers order processing, delivery timelines, and carrier rates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days for in-stock items
• Order cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST begin processing the next business day
• Peak periods: Processing may extend to 3–5 business days during new product launches or major holidays.
• Expedited shipping: Orders with expedited shipping process on the next available business day, e.g. weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.

You'll receive an order confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Custom and made-to-order items including custom jerseys, pants, and team apparel — are produced to order and are not covered by standard processing times. Estimated production windows are listed on each product page. To find the status of your custom item, visit https://customtracker.hkarmy.com. Custom Headbands and Custom Jerseys typically require 30–45 days for production before they ship.

If your order contains made-to-order items and in-stock items, we process an immediate shipment with available inventory. You will receive 2 separate shipping notifications. The second shipment containing your custom item is free. Custom items are not marked fulfilled until they are produced and physically shipped; all in-stock items ship immediately, and once the custom item ships we mark the entire order as fulfilled.

Free shipping on domestic orders over $150, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Paintballs are shipped ground only. We do not ship paintballs to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. territories.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Live rates are pulled directly from USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Domestic (United States)

Transit times are carrier estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and exclude weekends and holidays. Neither HK Army nor the carrier guarantees delivery dates on standard service.

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for carrier errors that include as mishandled packages, incorrect address deliveries and inefficiency for package tracking, scanning or arrival timelines. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. For lost or damaged shipments, please report the issue to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

International

We ship to most countries via FedEx. International transit typically runs 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These are collected by the carrier at delivery and are not included in the shipping rate charged at checkout. Refused shipments that are returned to us will be refunded less original shipping and any return freight charges.

Address Accuracy

Enter your shipping address exactly as your carrier recognizes it. HK Army is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

• Address changes can only be made before an order enters fulfillment. Contact us immediately at https://www.hkarmy.com/apps/redo/faq/. We cannot guarantee a change once the order is picked.
• Carrier address corrections may incur a fee, which will be passed through to you.
• APO/FPO/DPO: We ship to military addresses. Transit times vary significantly and tracking may be limited once the package enters the military mail system.

Large orders may ship in multiple boxes, sometimes on different days, at no additional cost to you.

Green Gas (Hazardous Materials) Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal safety regulations regarding the transport of compressed gases (Hazardous Materials), we are subject to the following restrictions:

• Contiguous United States Only: We can only ship Green Gas to the lower 48 states.
• Excluded Locations: We cannot ship this product to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. Territories.
• No International Shipping: This item is unavailable for export outside of the United States.
• Ground Shipping Required: All orders containing Green Gas must be shipped via Standard Ground transportation. Express or Air shipping methods (Next Day Air, 2-Day, etc.) are strictly prohibited by law.

Note: If an order is placed with a shipping address outside of the lower 48 states, the Green Gas portion of the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Shipments

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package.

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package: check with neighbors and household members, then file a claim directly with the carrier. Visit https://www.hkarmy.com/apps/redo/faq/ and we'll assist with the claim, but we cannot automatically replace or refund packages the carrier has confirmed delivered.

If your package arrives damaged: photograph the box and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 5 business days. Keep all original packaging; carriers require it for claims.

If tracking stops updating for more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Event and Tournament Orders

Ordering for an event? Plan ahead. We recommend placing orders at least 14 business days before you need them, and we cannot guarantee delivery in time for a specific event date on standard service. If you have a hard deadline, reach out at contact@hkarmy.com before ordering and we'll advise on the best method.
