If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

On top of that, we also offer a 90-day warranty on all of our products for manufacturing defects. Standard wear and tear will not be covered under the 90-day warranty. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • All returned or exchanged items must have original purchase receipt or order number 
  • Returned items can only be returned to original place of purchase with proof of purchase / receipt.

What is Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange FREE. If you decide not to buy Redo you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
