Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

On top of that, we also offer a 90-day warranty on all of our products for manufacturing defects. Standard wear and tear will not be covered under the 90-day warranty. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items AND Manufacturer Box must be returned in 100% sellable, like-new condition for return/exchange eligibility.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • All returned or exchanged items must have original purchase receipt or order number 
  • Returned items must have proof of purchase / order confirmation from hkarmy.com

Warranty Coverage: 

At HK Army, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to meet the needs of our valued customers. We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of all of our products. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which HK Army offers warranty coverage. 

HK Army warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for warranty coverage, customers are required to provide proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid on products purchased from our authorized retailers. The warranty is not valid on products purchased from third party resellers online.

Warranty Exclusions:

HK Army warranty covers manufacturing defects outside of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to: rips, tears, abrasions, staining, fading, misuse, or neglect. HK Army does not warrant any products or parts that have been tampered with or altered in any way. Damages to soft goods, metal parts, or air systems incurred during paintball will not be covered. HK Army’s warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. 

Warranty Service:

Should you find your item to be defective within the 90-day warranty period, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. Our warranty service includes:

  1. Free Repair Service: We will repair your product free of charge, assuming the issue falls within the warranty coverage.

  2. Replacement: If your product is deemed non-repairable and your warranty is valid within the first year of purchase, we would be happy to send you a new item as replacement.

Please note that HK Army's warranty policy does not cover shipping costs for international repairs or replacements.

Repair Service:

In addition to our 90-day warranty, we are proud to offer in-house repairs for the life of the product inclusive to HK Army Loaders and HK Army Air Systems.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipment of the item to and from our warehouse.

  • Visit returns.hkarmy.com and enter your email and order number. Select Start a warranty claim.

FOR ORDERS PURCHASED OUTSIDE OF HKARMY.COM

Once we receive your warranty claim, our dedicated team will review the information provided and respond to your request in a timely manner. We may request additional information or documentation to assess the warranty claim thoroughly. It is important to note that the resolution of your claim is at the discretion of our team.

Please also be aware that this warranty policy is subject to change, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your warranty coverage. Any updates or changes to the warranty policy will be communicated to customers in a clear and transparent manner.

What is Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange. If you decide not to buy Redo you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
