Okay we all use the headbands for paintball but there is much more to it. I find most of my sweat comes from my head and goes down from there. This stops that problem in its tracks. No more constantly wiping sweat from my eyes and face. I use it at the gym, running, kayaking, Pickle Ball and any other physical exercise I can think of. I have five of them now and just rotate them day to day. They get used almost every day and hold up to machine washing.
