  • How can I see how many raffle entries I have? You can find your total raffle entries on your Order Status Page found in your Order Confirmation Email. Alternatively you may sign in/register with the email you used to purchase and see how many entries are currently applied to your account.
  • When will the giveaway winners be announced? We will be streaming the live raffle drawing on the @hkarmy YouTube on Wednesday, December 6th at 2PM PST. All winners will also be notified to claim their prize.
  • If I win one prize, will I be eligible to win other prizes? Yes, if you have additional entries in the raffle, you can win multiple times. 1 winner will be chosen per item.
  • If I place another order, do my raffle entries accrue? Yes, the additional raffle entries will be added to your existing entry amount. They accrue on each order during the promotion.
