HK Army Black Friday Giveaway 2025

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

All participants must (a) be at least 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older (residents of Alabama or Nebraska must be at least 19 years old; residents of Mississippi must be at least 21 years old), at the time of entry; (b) possess a valid form of identification; and (c) be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding residents of Washington State, Quebec, Puerto Rico, overseas military installations, and other U.S. territories).

“HK Army Black Friday Giveaway 2025” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by HK Army Inc. (the “Sponsor”), a California limited liability company.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes starts on November 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on December 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

All participants must meet the criteria listed above. Persons identified as “Blocked Persons” or persons subject to applicable sanctions or prohibitions, including, without limitation, those on the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, are not eligible. All applicable federal, national, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited, restricted, or where the Sweepstakes Group would be subject to a tax by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Internet access is required at the entrant’s cost. Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by one of the following methods:

3.1 Method 1: Purchase

Customers can receive 1 entry for every $50 spent (excluding shipping and tax) on purchases from the Sponsor’s website at www.hkarmy.com.

On Black Friday, November 28, 2025, customers will receive 5 entries per $50 spent (excluding shipping and tax). There is no limit on the number of entries an individual can earn.

3.2 Method 2: Free Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase, follow the instructions online at hkarmy.com/doorbuster-black-friday-cyber-monday to submit a free entry form. Earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry per submission.

All entries, whether submitted via purchase or free entry, will be treated equally and have the same chance of winning.

4. ENTRY LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Only accurate and complete entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period and received by the Sponsor are eligible. Incomplete, invalid, or void entries will not be eligible. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. DRAWING

The random drawing will be conducted live on HK Army’s YouTube channel on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. A potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

6. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS

Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the drawing. Winners must:

• Complete and return a written affidavit of eligibility, release, and tax documentation, if required, by the deadline provided.
• Claim the prize no later than January 2026.

Failure to respond to notifications or submit required documents within two calendar days may result in disqualification.

For Canadian residents, a selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.

7. PRIZES

Prize details will be announced on November 1, 2025, at www.hkarmy.com. Prizes must be claimed no later than January 2026.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-substitutable, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize.

If a winner resides outside of the United States, they are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and import taxes required to receive their prize.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize will be disclosed at the time of announcement.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Sponsor collects personal information for administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment. By entering, participants agree to Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.hkarmy.com/pages/privacy-policy.

9. RIGHT TO VOID / TERMINATE / SUSPEND / MODIFY

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to technical malfunctions or fraud.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Participants agree to hold the Sweepstakes Group harmless from any claims arising out of entry or participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, in the courts of California under California law.

12. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS LIST

Official Rules will be posted at www.hkarmy.com as of November 1, 2025. Winners will be live-drawn and announced during a livestream on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
